Promoting T01 from notstarted to developing: the score is strong but it is a first producing run, and Set 1 is only about a third of the Unit 1 vocabulary, so this is evidence the topic is underway rather than evidence it is secure.
Repeat Set 1 in the producing direction on a later day to test whether 88% holds; that is what would justify secure. Then move on to Set 2 (Describing people) and Set 3 (Relationships verbs), which are the other two thirds of T01's vocabulary.
